| Performance and Dedicated Lanes I'm writing an application using two MapPoint 2004 ActiveX Control and I have two questions about. First As I want to optimize the use of memory (each component requires 50 MB minimum), could be possible working with a part of the Global map as my job is limited to a single city? Second City map doesnt specify anything about "dedicated lanes" for public transports, taxis ect. As I have to produce optimised routes for above mentioned "special means of transport", I wonder how to modify the map and, if necessary, the calculating alghorithm in order to meet my needs. Thanks for any suggestions and Regards Giandomenico Festa |
