Please helpe me! Unable to start Mappoint without Run-CD

Hi,
I have installed MapPoint 2004 Europe on Harddisk under Windows XP Prof. But when I start MapPoint the program ALWAYS needs the Run-CD. I have uninstalled and installed it again, but the same problem. I also spoke with Microsofts supporthotline. But nobody can help me.
Does anybody have any idea?

Thx, herrbie

Rather than installing from CD, try copying both CD's onto the hard drive first. Copy them both into the same directory such as c:\software\mappoint\... then install from there.

hope this helps,
Eric
