PocketGPS.com data as pushpins, can I set a 4ooyd warning in Mappoint ?

I`d like to use mappoint in a car on a laptop for navigation with gps.

Pocketgps.com have a set of .cvs files wich I can import as pushpins, is there a way of getting mappoint to warn me with an audible sound that the next pushpin is 400yds away ?

Thanks for any replies ?
