I currently have a collection of mappoint pinpoints with street, city, zipcode, lat, long. Is it possible to get the county for each of these pinpoints from mappoint. I don't see how it would be impossible not to get the county with that much information beforehand. Please any suggestions.

Iterate through the collection returned by ObjectsFromPoint(X,Y), checking the Type property of each item. If the Type is of Location, check the location's underlying Type property. If the type is GeoShowDataBy, and the value is geoShowByRegion2, then the Name contains the county. Since county names are not unique across states, you'll also want to check for geoShowByRegion1 which returns the state name in the Name property.

Note that the current map altitude has an effect on the results returned by ObjectsFromPoint. There are numerous examples of ObjectsFromPoint on the mp2kmag.com articles section, especially the reverse-geocoding articles.
