Black Belt You cannot add roads to the MapPoint base map, or edit/delete existing roads.
With regards to the new section of the M60, I just compared the situation in MapPoint Europe 2002 with what is shown on a number of UK-based online mapping services, and it all looks very similar. So make sure you have the 2002 version and not an older release of MapPoint.
