Has anyone played with the "Street-side" images currently in preview on the local.live.com site?

I am curious if this is the same team or company who shot these images that supplied the A9.com maps Blockview images ( http://maps.a9.com/ ) a couple years ago. Somehow I think the A9 site is a bit easier to navigate and they have a lot more cities.

The company I work for - Facet Technology - shot the images for Local.Live, not the A9 group. It was my understanding the A9 group only captured about 20 or so million images. Later this summer, we will pass 1 billion images captured. The local.live is new thing for us; and I agree, the usability of local.live is not that good.
