Is it possible to print the uk say over 8 pages so it is big enough to go on a pin board in the office.

I know that u can just position the current map view and then if u like "do it manually", but i wondered if there is a way to say print the UK but spilt the current view into 8 or 6 etc pages??

There's no easy way to split it over several pages.. You can do great large maps with a plotter though, do you have access to one? See the map image in this newsletter for instance.

Thanks for the reply, i dont have access to a plotter though unfortunatly.

Guess i will just have to play to get it right, or find somewhere to print it on a plotter!!!

I have a hude plotter but a small monitor can you be more specific about how to print large maps. I have MP 2004 and could get 2006 if it would help.

Try Geoprinter, it allows you to print truly HUGE maps to a PDF, which you can then send to your local print shop for them to print.
