Printing Text Balloons
I am a new MapPoint user. I would like to know how to export my pushpin information INCLUDING TEXT BALLOON for each pushpin to Excell. I have so far been able to export the pushpin info. only, but not the corresponding text balloon. Thank you.

How are you doing the export? When I do it I get the note.

This was a project for work, which I needed to resolve quickly. We turned it over to an outside software development team. They were able to extract the information, but I'm not sure what was done. I was using the mapping to map the area I wanted to export to Excell, then I got the data but no text balloon info. to go along with it.
