    Probably a stupid question

We are looking for a mapping software/program where we can take existing data from our database and manipulate maps for it.

We are a Lumber Association and we have different member categories. It would be helpful if we could generate maps that might show all our retail members for example in NY and if possible narrow it down to counties. We are able to export our databse to excel so it appears that we can at least move the data over. How flexible is this software when it comes to manipulating and is it user friendly so too speak.

Another question is if we have pushpins to show our member locations do the flags show any information or if you move the mouse over the flag does information popup or do you need to click the pin?

    Thanks for any replies.

    Re: Probably a stupid question

    Hi,

All your questions have an answer with Mappoint without any programming.
Just download a Mappoint Demo Version for free and try.

If you have some notions of programming, then you can do more complicated tasks.

    Have fun
