problem in MouseMove

HI,
I have coded Location sensor as per the article given here in article section. But problem is when i click and drag the mouse over the mappoint activeX control then only the lables showing Lat/long for the mouse move. if I try only mouse move on the mappoint it doesnot work.

please help
