MapForums

I installed Office 2003, MP 2004 and MP Europe 2002 (in that order). When clicking the 'Map' button in Outlook, I get Europe, even for US addresses.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

This is probably determined by which MapPoint application was installed last.

The particular Addin which will load is found in the following registry keys.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outloo k\Addins

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlo ok\Addins

On my system the above keys both point to this dll which is the Europe version.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Geography\MPOAI9.dll

Either replacing this file with the US version or reinstalling the US version might work.
