    Hi Wilfried,

Thank you for your reply on my question. Can you be more precisely concerning the PreviewKey? Cause it this is also possible in VC++ than it would be this a very important solution to me. Cause that's really the biggest problem I'm facing. I hope you can explain me more about the PreviewKey thank you.

    Hi,

The PreviewKey event is fired before the key reaches mappoint. The arguments are the key value, shift, ctrl state etc. You can disable the key also in htat event. Using the ActiveX it is easy, you use the type library so I dont know from the top of my head how to assign something to the events. Maybe do a search inthe type library on "preview" or something ?

    Ok thanx Wilfried,

I'll try to figure out if there is a way to get the message before it will be sent to Mappoint. So it calls something like PreviewKey, thank you.

btw I have something like ActiveX Control Test Container in VC++ 6.0. Maybe is this what I need? Anyway thank you.
