Hi Eric, I have about 14 different columns in my dataset, none of which are empty(though they do have some missing values).What is puzzling to me is that sometimes it manages to read all of the columns in, but ignores abt half of the columns at other times. Murali |

Hi Eric, i was able to solve the problem by converting the file from the xls to the csv format and then reading it in to MapPoint, which now seems to recognize the full dataset.thanks for ur help. Murali |
