Push Pin Lat & Long

 Push Pin Lat & Long I am pretty new to this software and not real familiar with how it works. I would like to know if the push pins that I have set on the map, have a lat & long attached to them? I would like to export that information to a POI loader that enables me to create custom POI's for a Gamin navigation unit. I see that I can export to Excel, but it doesn't include that lat/long information that is needed for the POI software. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is a new piece of software for me. I have used other programs in the past, just not in the same capacity. Thanks...         |

The information is there, it's just not exported using the standard MapPoint routine. Gilles Kohl wrote a nice add-in called "Pins2File2006" which will give you what you need. Gilles page |
