Push pins, Hide/Show

Would like a programmatic way to hide/show an existing set of imported push pins. That way we can turn off the push pins at our desired scale level and turn them back on when we want to.

This would help with many request as far as "thinning" push pins in a large set. Users could load multiple sets of push pins and have some loads stay on at all scale levels, and some only turn on as they zoom in to a user defined level.

We would use this for emergency services to turn fire hydrants on/off at very detail level. But of course, there would be very many uses for such functionality.
