| I now how to export data in route form but I am trying to export data from a territory and I am not finding any way to just click on the territory to export. Is this feature available by chance? If so can some one tell me how to do it? Thanks much in advance |

That's a good question. Whenever I set up a set of territories I also always draw and save my own boundary around each one, using the freeform drawing tool. I then use these boundaries to export to excel, and then in excel give each point a territory definition code. A bit laborious, especially when the points are changing regularly (eg new customers) but it works. Hopefully someone will have a neater solution. David |
