Route Optimizing with 2 identical stops
I have a route that contains between 15 and 40 waypoints. 2 of the waypoints are the exact same address. When I ask MapPoint to optimize this route, SOMETIMES the 2 identical waypoints are sequenced 1 immediately after the other and SOMETIMES MapPoint sequences 1 of the waypoints near the beginning of the route and the 2nd point near the end of the route. Why is this? Is there any way to force the optimization routine to keep identical waypoints sequential?
