Hi,

I am creating a report and I would like to have a 'heat map' based on zip code within the report. In order to do this, I need the image of the map in an image format. I can do this on my own in mappoint and it comes out perfect; however, I want to do this automatically. The process should be as follows :
Enter data (possibly from excel)
Graph the 'heat map' using mappoint
Save as image with a pre-determined file name.

What are my options?

I can give you some idea.
For example, to save the map as an image file you can use the following code.
This code allows you to save the map to the clipboard and save the contents of the clipboard into a file format image:
