screwedup spreadsheet

I have screwed up the excel spreadsheet that my master mappoint map is based on and would like to extract the good spreadsheet from my map back into the excel format.

How can I do that?

Draw a big box around all the locations and try an "Export to Excel". Hopefully that will give you what you need.

Hi Eric,

this brings back a conversation that we hade a while back. Maybe still interesting to split into 2 forums, 1 for programming, and 1 for usage Mappoint ?

What do you think ?

Sorry, yes I've always mulled it, but didn't have a definite opinion. In most cases you can tell whether someone's asking a programming question or not. In case an issue needs a programmatic solution and they don't have those skills or were hoping to do it without programming, answering with some code will direct them to find somebody to do it for them. Anyway, let's try it. I will create a separate board for programming questions.
