Virtual Earth & Vexcel Roadshow - Oct. 3, 5 and 23

Spaces are filling up fast for the the Microsoft Virtual Earth and Vexcel three city roadshow where we will present a day of technical sessions focusing on the Microsoft Virual Earth mapping platform.* The seminars will take place in Denver, Sacramento and Reston on the 3rd, 5th and 23rd of October (respectively) and target developers, business and technical decision makers, web designers and architects. Sessions include:

Virtual Earth & Toucan Navigate Webcast - October 18

Toucan Navigate 2007 (which I covered in a previous blog entry) is an easy-to-use desktop mapping software that lets you display your information over readily available detailed road maps and satellite images from Virtual Earth. Virtual Earth at the Texas GIS Forum - Austin, Texas - October 1-5

The Texas GIS Forum has become a statewide event with 50% of the attendees coming from outside the Austin area.* The Forum primarily focuses on geospatial technology and advances made in the industry.* The majority forum goers are GIS developers, power users, and managers that come to network with other professionals and to learn more about whats other are doing with the technology.

The Microsoft Virtual Earth team will be joined in our exhibit booth by Microsoft Partner IS Consulting highlighting their MapDotNet Server integrating the Virtual Earth mapping platform.**


Virtual Earth at Rocket City Geospatial Conference - Huntsville, AL - October 15 -17

Visit the Microsoft Virtual Earth team in our exhibit booth at the Rocket City Geospatial Conference where we will also host a workshop that willl review location/data visualization solutions, the Virtual Earth platform including JavaScript API, 3D managed APIs, MapCruncher/custom tile layers and GIS integration, and look at how to get started with developing location solutions with Virtual Earth and discuss future capabilities.

Virtual Earth at GEOINT 2007 - San Antonio, TX - October 21 - 24

The Microsoft Virtual Earth team along with Microsoft subsidiary, Vexcel Corporation, is hosting a whole team of Virtual Earth partners showcasing a variety of Virtual Earth based solutions in our exhibit at this year's iteration of the industry's premier geospatial intelligence conference.
