I know that it is possible in mappoint to set speed for different road types. But I am trying to model the time it would take for a person to travel from A to B based on the traffic patterns at different times of the day. For this, I have to be able to define the speed for different road segments(like on I90 between exit 200 and 250 the avg driving speed is 30mph and so on). Is it possible to set speed limits in mappoint for segments like this(or segments based on major intersections)? I was wondering if its possible to identify road segments based on lat/long for doing this.
