i would know how can i brush or paint shapes on map, but where areas between shapes are "in collision", those areas take other color. I think if i could paint the shapes with a color 50% transparent, result will be that i want. then... ¿Can i do it?
if don't understand, see this Example:
I have a shape that cover Spain and Portugal, the shape's color is Blue.
Other shape cover Spain and France, this shape's color is Yellow...
Spain's shape's color must be "Green". Also de user can see the routes back the shapes...

Any suggestion?

I don't think there's any good way to do it with MapPoint... one thing you might consider is to use MapPoint with MapInfo Pro via the bridge Map-In-A-Box, then you have the ease of using MapPoint along with the powerful layer and fine control over the depiction of layers of MapInfo Pro. This will cost around $2500 however for both MapInfo Pro and Map-In-A-Box.

Another thing you might try is to draw the overlapping polygons in a graphics editing program such as Illustrator, first import your MapPoint map and then draw on top of the map image using the graphics program.
