CDXZipStream™ is a complete solution for analyzing zip code, address and demographic data in Microsoft Excel. No programming, tedious lookups or awkward cut and paste are required. Using an intuitive, patented (http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PTXT&s1=7,073,133.PN.&OS=PN/7,073,133&RS=PN/7,073,133) interface, just specify the data you want and where you want it using "custom" Excel functions. The software has received numerous awards (http://www.cdxtech.com/CDXZipStream_Links.aspx#Awards) including the prestigious "5 Cow" award at Tucows.com (http://www.tucows.com/preview/521217).

CDXZipStream calculates the Distance between any two zip codes (http://www.cdxtech.com/CDXZipStream_FAQs.aspx#Distance) or finds zip codes within a specified Radius (http://www.cdxtech.com/CDXZipStream_FAQs.aspx#Radius). The software can find and Map (http://www.cdxtech.com/CDXZipStream_FAQs.aspx#Map) zip codes or perform Reverse Zip Code Look-Up (http://www.cdxtech.com/CDXZipStream_FAQs.aspx#Reverse). With the CDXZipList (http://www.cdxtech.com/CDXZipStream_FAQs.aspx#ZipList) function you can instantly create Zip Code Lists by State, County or City (http://www.cdxtech.com/CDXZipStream_FAQs.aspx#ZipList). There are no complex formulas to learn, just right click on a cell and enter your data to get an immediate answer. Simply copy and paste to do multiple calculations at one time.

When used with Microsoft MapPoint, the application can determine actual Driving Distance, Cost and Time (http://www.cdxtech.com/CDXZipStream_FAQs.aspx#CDXRouteMP). Address verification and geocoding to the street address level is available with the CDXLocateMP (http://www.cdxtech.com/CDXZipStream_FAQs.aspx#CDXLocateMP) function. Even reverse geocoding is supported to get a zip code from latitude and longitude data.

An extensive database of demographic data is available, including income and current population by zip code. For information on a specific zip code or to sample our data please visit our free demographic data site. (http://www.cdxtech.com/demographicdata) For information on all our datafeeds and formulas please download the spreadsheet "Data examples.xls" (http://www.cdxtech.com/downloads/CDXZipStream/DataExamples.xls).

Version 7.0 of CDXZipStream is now available. Four new demographic feeds representing the latest data from the Census Bureau's American Community Survey have been added. We've also updated the product to add reverse geocoding to calculate city or zip code from latitude/longitude data. The performance of all of our custom functions, such as CDXDistance, has been significantly improved.

Here's a quick update - CDXZipStream 10.2 (http://www.cdxtech.com/CDXZipStream/Overview.aspx) now performs route optimization for address lists in Excel, and can also provide driving directions, trip duration and cost, and maps for optimized routes. The user works entirely within Microsoft Excel (with MapPoint running in the background), where the spreadsheet format allows for easy data entry and analysis of many driving routes. A 30-day trial (http://www.cdxtech.com/CDXZipStream/Demo.aspx) of the software can be evaluated prior to purchase.
