I am a very new user to MapPoint. I need to contruct a map for outdoor advertising. I would like to use the pushpins for our signs, I can do that, but I would like the zip codes of the areas around the pushpins to show up on the map. Can I do this? I have MapPoint North America 2009.

Yes sure! To get the zip code boundaries and labels to show up, I would recommend to start a Territory. Go to Create Manually and choose zip code.

This would be a bit easier with MapPoint 2010 as there is now a Map Settings pane which allows you to control layers such as Zip codes very easily. See MapPoint Articles - MP2K Magazine (http://www.mp2kmag.com/articles.asp) for some articles about the new features in MapPoint 2010.

Eric I have new question maybe you can help. I want to save a map I create as a jpeg. I need to put a jpeg'd map into a Filemaker Pro 9 database. I have been trying to use a gif file after I copy the map as a web page but the gif doesn't work well it is too blurry. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
