I use Visual Studio 2008 and need to upgrade my project to support MapPoint 2010. But frankly, I see so many ways to do this, but want to get it right the first time.

I have installed the free 30 day trial, and assume all the needed files are on my disk. So which file(s) do I add a reference to?
