Is there a limit that pushpin tool imports and exports data and is it possible to export any other format other than excel?

The full version of Pushpin tool does not put a limit on exporting pushpin data and if it does not detect MS Excel it will export to a .CSV file. There is no import feature in Pushpin Tool.
