I am interested in linking our software with Mappoint to allow us to route from with our application. How much is the Mappoint SDK and where can I get it from? Alternatively, are there any developers who could help.

There's a MapPoint .NET SDK, but not for the desktop product. To automate or build applications with MapPoint you simply need a product with VBA such as Access, Excel, or even Word or an application development tool like Visual Basic or Delphi.
