Importing data to Mappoint

I am trying to import data with mappoint from excel. I have the info. I want imported sorted by address; example: 1 alder place, 1 dundas street, 1 nottingham drive, etc.... The problem is when I open up route planner it automatically selects a route that does not coincide with the data(how it is sorted) in the excel sheet. Basically I want a mirror image of the data in excel in route planner.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you ever try to place each point ?

Make a little file tht you will import (2 or 3 points only).

Check your data and place it in your map.
First, try to place each point, one to one.

It's a little idea !!
