install mappoint

hello all

i have a probleme to install mappoint 2002 north america, the error message is "you cannot install mappoint over a network unless you first perform an administrative installation. for more information about administrative installation of mappoint see the deploy mappoint over a network hel topic, or read the readme file on the CD". if you have any help can you replay me PLZ.
