I have Users that use Map-point 2010 and create Territories for their Account Executives, but the the AE's have 2009 and get an error when trying to import the file, is there a converter or a work around that I might be able to use until I get 150 AE's on 2010? Microsoft wanted 100.00 for the answer and Apple had no idea what I was talking about so I came here. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately there is no way, you cannot convert the file down to the 2009 version.

You might try copy/pasting layers from the Legend on a machine that has both versions installed, but it probably wouldn't work.

Better in the future to strictly enforce the upgrade process to make sure everyone is on the same version.

Also, if you think you might be getting the budget to upgrade everyone to MapPoint 2010 soon, you might look into the 60-day trial version of MapPoint 2010 as a temporary solution.

We use the Volume Licensing and have all the Licenses, but I cant upgrade the AE's till our National Sales Meeting 2nd week in January, Easiest solution is downgrade the Managers until the upgrades are done on the AE's.

- Thanks for the help
