Can I buy mappoint europe for online delivery ?

Been searching without success for a retailer who can deliver mappoint online. Not even MS will do it (outside of the US).
Anyone know a way of buying for online delivery ?

What do you mean online delivery? Like a download? I know it comes as part of some MSDN subscriptions but they're pricey if all you want is MapPoint.
