I am trying to map flows of containers between city pairs, but have not had any luck so far. Maybe somebody here can point me in the right direction?

Basically I have different volumes of containers being trucked between different city pairs that I want to illustrate on a map. For example I have

30 from NY to Pittsburgh
20 from Boston to Rochester
10 from Rochester to Boston

and so on. How can I use Map Point to best illustrate these flows?

Your inputs would be much appreciated. Thanks

There's a tool in the MapForums Downloads section ($99) that should be able to help, see the links below, especially the last one.

MapForums Plus - MapForums Plus Downloads at MapForums.com (http://www.mapforums.com/mapforums-plus-downloads/)

http://www.mapforums.com/drawing-lines-mappoint-coordinates-excel-12467.html

http://www.mapforums.com/drawing-lines-between-city-state-pairs-14749.html

Also, here more information about the Downloads section --

Route Factory Spreadsheet, MapPoint Videos on Youtube, MapForums Downloads Section (http://www.mp2kmag.com/update/mappoint.newsletter/2011-05-05/)

hope this helps!
