MapPoint 2004 European Version

Does anyone know the approximate release date of Mappoint 2004 European Version?

It should be the same time as the NA version, mid-Sept. However, I've poked around some UK retail sites and don't see it listed yet whereas in the U.S. it's been on sites (available for pre-ordering) for about two months!
