Import stops in Access

Hi:
I am using an ACCESS database. I have created a routine to map and addresses and optimize a route from a query that brings up residential addresses. Can anyone tell me how I could then get the stop numbers from MapPoint and import them back to the records in my ACCESS table? Thanks for any help.
