Can you use MapPoint to outline specific street routes for waste management ?

You could define routes using "stops" to force a route to follow a certain pattern. Or you could use the drawing tools to draw the routes.

MapPoint's not real sophisticated for mappoint multiple routes but it should have some functionality you are interested in.
