Does MapPoint or any other mapping solutions provided by Microsoft come with vector maps? Do you have the ability to zoom in on the maps without it dithering?
Also, I'm not sure about this - I have an internet application I am developing that requires maps. If I create this application with any of these products, would I be breaching the terms of use if I put this map online for the general public to see?
