HOV and Traffic restrictions

Is there a global command in Map Point that I can use to define all the HOV roads in my area with their corresponding hours of restriction? I'm also looking for a way to limit routing of vehicles on roads with weight or thru truck restrictions. Thanks for your help.

I also have need to route around streets and highways designated as "no comerical traffic". I think I'm the first to respond to your original posting.

Have you learned anything new on this subject?

I have to believe the raw information exists through local municipalities and DMV's though it may not be publically available and I don't know how one could get this data into MapPoint.

Any additional thoughts?
