Merry Chrstmas...Anyone working?
I am looking for overlay of MSA's in the US, and also would like to see how they compare to CBSA's. I can live with either on the map, but would love to see both. Any ideas?

Not really working but could help to point you in the right direction.

I'd start here --

Core Based Statistical Area - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Core_Based_Statistical_Area)
Table of United States Core Based Statistical Areas - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Table_of_United_States_Core_Based_Statistical_Area s)
Table of United States Metropolitan Statistical Areas - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Table_of_United_States_Metropolitan_Statistical_Ar eas)

If you can get a list of counties, or even shape boundaries, those could be imported into MapPoint to make maps comparing them...

Let us know how it goes!

Yes, I can get data points, but certainly I am not the first person to want to see them on a MapPoint map!
I assume someone smarter than I has plotted this, or there is a plug-in that can be purchased...
