Help with Import Territories

I am writing a COM add-in for Excel that uses a MapPoint control. I read the territories information present in the map into a excel sheet. Now the user is allowed to edit that territory information. Later, I plan to import that edited territories back into the map.

But ImportTerritoriesWizard takes in only filenames. So how can I import the territory data back into the map without actually saving the excel file to disk ? :roll:
