overlaying territories from 2 different companies - merger

Hi! I am involved with a merger of our company and another. We are looking at the sales territories (by county) and comparing theirs to ours. Is there any way to "overlay" the territories? What I did to satisify a most immediate request was to take an 11X17 printout of our territory alignment and, with a black marker, draw theirs on top of it (by outlining their territories) to give Sr Mgmt an idea of the differences in the territory layout.

There has to be a better way to do this... Does MapPoint have this ability?

Not sure if this will work with your data but...I know that if you import one set of data (file) then import the other file, to the same map you can change the color of one set of pushpins or routes to see the difference between the two.
