How can I export pushpin and customer from Mappoint 2002 to Street & Trips 2004?

I'm not sure about the MS format's that would do it, but you can export the lat/lon by various means from MapPoint 2002 and re-import.

Gilles Kohl has a free tool referenced in newsletter #5, you might also see the Pushpin Tool.
