What is new for 2004? Is it worth upgrading?

Sorry for asking such a simple question, but I can not find anything comparing the two versions of Mappoint.

A waste of money on my part. All I got useful was updated maps (which I really needed). Otherwise no useful programming functionality or even documentation updates.
