PocketPC mapping and directions app with API?

I am developing an application for the PocketPC that needs integrated maps and directions. PocketStreets doesn't seem to have an API. Are there any packages out there that I could have display a zoomable map with a route on it and be able to go to my forms by clicking on the map?
