I have a Map that is linked to data spreadsheet on my network drive. I have about 20 locations in my data set that do not automatically geo-code by Mappoint. Upon initial link, Mappoint asks me to "match" the records manually. For those location, I chose to link the data to the Zip Code.

Everytime I "Update Linked Records" the same 20 locations ask me again to manually match.

Is there anyway for Mappoint to recognize that these 20 locations are already matched to Zip Code, and to stop asking me to match them?

I'd recommend to get the Lat/Lon for each one and then Link to the Lat/Lon location.

The "Pushpin Tool" ($75) will help you export the Lat/Lon from MapPoint.
