wondering if it is possible to map all of the 130,000 ATMs in the U.S. in Mappoint 2004. Or if there is a way to find the list of them somewhere to import them myself.
Please help

Please help Anonymous 05-03-2004, 05:07 PM MP 2004 has a limit of 10,000 pushpins per map - so you would have to create a map for each state - or something similar to plot all the locations. Anonymous 05-07-2004, 09:18 AM I recently spoke to a guy at Mastercard about their ATM database. He probably wouldn't appreciate putting his name and contact info onto a forum, but you can find him at the Mastercard office located at: 2000 Purchase St, Purchase, NY His title is Director, Info Prouducts and Services. They also have an online locator at http://www.mastercard.com/atmlocator/index.jsp. Importing and matching (aka geocoding) has this 10k limit; importing lon/lats does not seem to. I have datasets with 300k pushpins. They are of course very slow to redraw if you zoom out too far...bu MP seems to do a good job of being quick at reasonable zooms. Hope this helps. | ||
