Pl.. Help to new-bie

I have never use ,practically seen the mapPoint software at all. One of my client of europe recently asked me for a mappoint file containing push-pins of some place of interests of India. Now i want to know whether I can do this (I have co-ords of all those points) using a MapPoint2004/2002-europe . Actually, I am not sure whether there is any map of india, and it is at all possible to put 'pushpins' in the map of india if available. I need not require any details like streets, post-office etc.

It may be very foolish query respect to the forum, but i am sure that i get the exact amswer.

You can put pushpins in India, yes. You can order a copy of the trial version from Microsoft so thaqt you can see what MapPoint will do. Here is the link.
