Does anyone know what 58% population coverage translates into in terms of whether there is or is not coverage in rural areas of the country?

I doubt that would mean much coverage in rural areas.

For MapPoint Europe it varies a lot by country, for some countries with 100% coverage I think all the rural areas are in there.

Have you seen the %'s broken out by country?
