Is +711 a valid dialing code for the uk ?

From the UK, +7 is either Russian Federation or Kazakhstan. Cant tell where the subsequent "11" takes you.

I don't think it is...

There used to be a +44 171 xxx xxxx for inner London, but that is now +44 207 xxx xxxx. (+44 being the country code for the UK).
