Blind maps in Mappoint2004

Does anybody know wether it is possible to turn off the city names displaying? I use Mappoint primarily for data mapping and I would like to use blind maps for this!

No, they will always display somewhat, the only options are the Map Style and Map Font settings unfortunately.

I am testing the trial version, but whithout blind maps it is very doubtful that I will buy the full version.
It would have been so nice...
