Where to find european features for mappoint 2001?

Hello
I have a copy of Mappoint 2001 I just reinstalled on new fast PC :-)

USA is fine but I need to create some driving route maps for Europe [France] and there seems to be only minimal data for Europe on CD disks.

Q1: Where can I download a copy of road data for France?
Q2: Where can I download topographic data For France ?
